We are happy to issue you a refund in the form of an E-Gift Card within 14 days of purchase for use on a future purchase on Hair & Co London providing goods are in their original condition and accompanied with the rubber bands un removed from the bundles. All the bundles are machine sealed with rubber bands so we will be aware if this has been removed, Proof of purchase is required with every refund or exchange. This is in addition to your statutory rights. Customers are responsible for shipping cost and we recommend that you return the hair extensions with a tracking number, as we are not liable for lost returns.

Delivery will take 1 - 3 working days to arrive. Please note that over bank holiday weekends there may be slight delays with our Delivery service.

Estimated shipping times include processing time and are calculated from the date the order is placed. Tracking will be provided.
